NCGC and the Atlantic Council for International Cooperation are excited to announce the launch of the Winter 2022
Indigenous Youth Virtual Internships!
Gain professional experience in international cooperation.
Work virtually with international organizations in Guyana, Kenya, Cambodia or Nepal and build skills for your career.
Connect with a network of youth leaders across Canada.
Who can participate?
To register for the program, participants must:
Be between the ages of 18 and 35;
Be an Indigenous person in Canada (federally recognized as either status or non-status First Nations, Inuit or Metis);
Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident;
Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent;
Not be a graduate of a degree program from a university (Indigenous youth with a CEGEP or college diploma are eligible);
Be available for full-time virtual participation in the program for 8 weeks in January and February, or option for part-time participation for 12 weeks January through March.

Important Details
All activities will take place online.
Must have access to a stable internet connection and laptop or desktop computer or tablet. If stable internet access or equipment access could be a challenge but you are interested in applying, please mention this in the application form below.
